The blood type you have affects you more than you think

Blood type is not only important when you give or receive blood. It also affects who you really are and how you behave.

                   

Many reports have been written about blood types, but they still don’t get as much attention in public. Yet blood types are responsible for many events in our lives. Let’s take a look at the different groups and find out what yours says about you. You may find that you are living a totally inappropriate lifestyle.

The group is changing lives for the better

We all have a blood type. It was given to us from birth and remains with us throughout our lives. Everyone should know their blood type. If you don’t know your blood type, we recommend that you find out as soon as possible. It could change your whole life. Blood type influences our personality, weight and many other important factors. Once you find out which one means which, specifically what yours means, you can easily change your approach to life. If you’ve been wanting a change for a while, knowing your blood type is really important.

In addition, blood type determines a variety of health issues and plays a role in many medical procedures. There are four groups: A, B, AB and 0, divided according to the presence of special antigens in the blood cells. Do you know which one you have? Knowing it will tell you a lot, for example about food or your personality.

What should I eat?

Let’s start with the issue of food, which will probably interest the widest range of people. If you have group A, it is advisable for you to consume a vegetarian diet, supplemented with fish and dairy products. Definitely leave out legumes, coffee and spices. If you have a B, they recommend dairy products, mutton, fish, vegetables and teas. You should avoid alcohol and large amounts of preservatives. For group 0, indulge in meat and lots of vegetables. Conversely, processed foods, dairy products and unnecessary overeating are not suitable for you. Group AB should eat organic food and avoid anything fried.

Who am I?

In terms of personality, blood types are also an interesting asset. Group A carriers are empathetic, organized and efficient persons, capable of leading groups of people. Group B are great at conflict resolution, friendly and very active. Group 0 has assertive, compassionate and practical persons with a desire to help. Group AB is strong, calm and balanced in nature, always using reason.

Away with the stress

Do you want to be calmer and relieve stress? Then this part is the most important for you. Group A is the worst for stress as it has the highest cortisol levels. People with this group should learn to relax more and be able to take responsibility. People with group B are usually calm and composed. They may lash out, but they usually don’t let anything get them down. Those with blood type 0 are more aggressive and prone to dissatisfaction. Again, it is advisable to learn to relax and manage anger. The AB group can cope well with stress or at least not let it show.

Why am I gaining weight?

And when it comes to gaining weight, group A is at risk of more sugar deposition, so limit your sugar intake. Group B promotes fat storage, so limit fried foods. Replace them with vegetables or grilled fish. For group 0, regularity in eating is a good rule against weight gain. On the other hand, irregularity leads to weight gain. If group AB does not want to gain weight, they should take more exercise.
